Two-Day Teacher Training Workshops:
In this participatory workshop, you’ll learn how to present fitness to children in a fun engaging way. Teach children healthy habits and empowerment through the YOGAGAME™ workshops conducted at your location. 

• Learn more then 30 poses and a variety of partner poses.
• Learn a variety of simple fitness sequences and class lesson plans to restore energy to the classroom.
• Learn about the philosophy and benefits of fitness for children. 
• Learn how to use fitness to develop life skills on and off the mat.
